Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and courtesy
- Greeter and screening of visitors, ensuring seamless access to facilities
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and maintain conference room readiness
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage package deliveries
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document management

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
