Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, answer phones professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and meetings for management staff, ensuring calendars are up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Vendor Relations: Handle incoming vendor deliveries and coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, maintenance).
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and place orders for necessary supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Administration preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not required for this urgent hire.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor.
