Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism
- Greet and screen visitors with warm, courteous demeanor
- Coordinate mail, shipping, and office supply inventory
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate complex meeting schedules
- Perform data entry and document management with 99% accuracy
- Assist with onboarding new employees and vendor coordination

Qualifications
