- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes as needed
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, supply inventory)
- Support HR functions onboarding new visitors with proper documentation
- Uphold strict confidentiality for all client and company communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
