Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedule meetings, and maintain the company calendar.
- Customer Relations: Assist visitors with directions, provide information, and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure the workspace is fully stocked and organized.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain employee records, filing systems, and digital databases.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
