Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to ensure efficient communication.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle front desk operations, including visitor sign-in and front desk security.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
