Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with excellent telephone etiquette and professional voicemail messages.
- Mail & Communications: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and place orders for necessary supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings, conference room bookings, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional business training or certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
