The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and various departments. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring the executive's calendar is optimized.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and digital databases.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, team building activities, and client meetings, handling all logistics from start to finish.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
