Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a smile, answering phones promptly and routing calls to the appropriate department.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the correct employees efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle basic data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments to keep office operations running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
