Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally; take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the relevant team members.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage package deliveries, and coordinate courier services as needed.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars for staff members and executives.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supply inventory, order necessary materials, and perform light data entry and filing duties to keep records organized.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients and vendors visiting the office, addressing inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner and a positive attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
