Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing inquiries with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Perform general administrative duties such as mail sorting, package reception, and maintaining a pristine and organized reception area.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing complex calendars for senior management.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary equipment and meeting materials are prepared in advance.
- Act as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and levels of management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to the needs of the entire team.
