Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and professional.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, screen and redirect them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and maintaining the company calendar.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with building management and service vendors for office upkeep and maintenance.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update employee databases and office records with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-office role.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly phone voice.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
