Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing documents.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and visitors.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
