Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute incoming mail, process packages, and manage the reception area to ensure it remains organized and tidy.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and provide exceptional service to clients visiting our office.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks and update internal databases with current information.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Experience: No prior receptionist experience required. A strong willingness to learn and a customer-service mindset are essential.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and typing skills.
- Interpersonal: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
