- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
