Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, taking accurate messages or routing calls as needed.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to various departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments to support the office workflow.
- Customer Service: Provide general information to visitors and answer routine inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior receptionist experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, approachable, and customer-service-oriented personality.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours.
