Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area during the night shift, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all guests, visitors, and late-night employees.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
- Access Control: Monitor building security, verifying visitor credentials, and issuing temporary badges to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Administrative Support: Perform accurate data entry, update databases, and maintain logs of incoming packages and deliveries.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all night shift safety protocols and security procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute mail, packages, and internal documents to the correct recipients after hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays, on a full-time basis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision.
