Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional multi-tasking requirements.
