Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and take detailed messages.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional business administration certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative assistant roles.

- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
