Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Mail & Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure the workspace is fully stocked.
- Client Relations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area to enhance the visitor experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Software: Familiarity with office management software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
