Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk, including signing in guests and managing the reception area.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and expense reports.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure equipment is set up.
- Maintain the company's database and contact lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
