Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution and general office organization.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and handle visitor sign-in procedures efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
