Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and Excel databases with a focus on error reduction.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery to the correct departments.
- Assist with basic office administrative duties, including filing and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Must have a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
