Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department or meeting room.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and clarity.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail sorting, package receiving, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using digital tools.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.

Qualifications
