Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them appropriately.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls with a pleasant tone, screen callers, and route messages to the correct department or individual.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, distribute packages, and manage the company's incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar for executive staff, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and perform general data entry tasks.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with phone systems.
- Interpersonal: Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including occasional weekends or evenings if required.
