Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors professionally, answer multi-line phone systems, and screen incoming calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, manage incoming and outgoing packages, and perform general office errands to keep operations running smoothly.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and assist with basic scheduling for internal staff as needed.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and assist with data entry tasks using standard office software.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment orders to ensure the reception area is well-stocked.
- Customer Relations: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or reception experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in a professional setting.
