Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a digital calendar for the executive team.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Office Support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
