Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a professional and friendly greeting to all visitors, clients, and employees with a warm demeanor.
- Front Desk Management: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Mail and Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage internal and external correspondence efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and maintain the reception area to ensure it is always neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating office events and refreshments as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays if required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
