Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet patients/visitors with professionalism and verify insurance information
- Schedule appointments and maintain electronic health records
- Coordinate mail deliveries and manage office inventory
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle confidential information with HIPAA compliance
- Support administrative staff with ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front-desk/reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
