Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and professionally manage incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and meeting spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
