Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors professionally, verify appointments, and maintain secure visitor logs
- Coordinate mail distribution, manage shipping/receiving, and process incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, report preparation, and document management
- Support office operations by maintaining reception area cleanliness, inventory management, and equipment troubleshooting
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room reservations, and calendar coordination
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or business certificate preferred
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
