Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting rooms, and visitor appointments
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement systems
- Support mail processing, shipping/receiving, and package distribution
- Assist with basic HR functions including new employee onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with department heads to prioritize administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
