Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing calls
- Coordinate calendar management for executive team and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document filing
- Maintain professional office environment and ensure reception area is orderly
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
