Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate visitor access protocols
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management

Qualifications
