Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate executive scheduling
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and complex event logistics for team functions
- Manage office budgeting, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility maintenance and security
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and employee relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Experience managing hybrid/remote work environments
