Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing mail distribution
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace setup and IT equipment provisioning
- Plan and execute office events, team meetings, and corporate functions
- Implement and maintain office policies regarding safety, security, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage office budget and expense reports for facilities and administrative supplies
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, Slack)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Certification in facilities management or office administration preferred
