Responsibilities
- Streamline daily office operations across 3 departments with precision
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for $500K+ annual budget
- Lead onboarding programs for 20+ new hires annually
- Coordinate executive travel logistics and complex meeting arrangements
- Implement facility management protocols including safety compliance
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives for office systems
- Develop quarterly reports on operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and office automation systems
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar designation preferred
- Advanced budget management with P&L responsibility
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling operations during company growth phases
- Texas Notary Public license required
