Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate office records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support administrative staff with various projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
