Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries

- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Maintain visitor logs, security protocols, and reception area presentation
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and filing

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist/front desk experience in corporate or executive settings
