Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Phone Operations: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and screen calls to prioritize important communications.
- Mail and Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings as required.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and visitors professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a front office administrative role is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong transferable skills.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
