Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors warmly, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Screen and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with care.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and setting up necessary audiovisual equipment.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, expense reporting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless office operations and support the executive team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-centric demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
