Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate visitor check-in and maintain security protocols
- Manage office calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent required
