We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to be the face of our company. As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and answering general inquiries.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal messages efficiently using our phone system and CRM software.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for executives and staff members.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks including filing, data entry, mail sorting, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, holiday parties, and team-building activities.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients visiting our Austin location, ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in business administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
