- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for 15+ executives
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99% accuracy for confidential documents
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires with orientation materials
- Handle vendor relations and supply inventory management
- Assist with event planning for quarterly company meetings
- Train on advanced CRM software within first 30 days
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with 10+ daily priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Flexible availability including occasional overtime during peak periods
