Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor, transferring inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees promptly, checking in guests and managing the sign-in process.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen amenities to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverβs license.
