Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Perform general office duties including mail sorting, package handling, and maintaining the reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for management staff.
- Process and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support administrative projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
