Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Assist with general office administration, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
