- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner; answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, packages, and incoming correspondence with precision.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform general clerical duties including filing and data entry.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with delivery services and manage office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, guests, and employees visiting the office.
- Security Access: Monitor security systems and ensure visitor logs are up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
