Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar for executive staff, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and perform data entry and filing duties.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and general information about the company.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
