Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling etiquette
- Process reservations and maintain accurate booking systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software
